For those of you who wear spandex cycling apparel, when it comes to shorts, what style do you prefer?

Vote on the poll and feel free to reply an elaborate why you voted for what you voted for.

Regular cycling shorts for me! It took a long time to get used to them though because they weren’t the most comfortable.

They have definitely improved their fit and comfort level over the years!

So I won’t feel like I’m wearing a diaper anymore? LOL

When I first started, the chamois was uncomfortable. Nowadays, it seems to be less noticeable.

Also, you can get them with thinner chamois if you prefer it.

Larger people usually need bigger ones, and smaller people can typically go for the thinner ones.

I know folks who don’t like them at all and just get unpadded spandex shorts and wear them.

It really just matters on your comfort level. I like a chamois that is in between thin and thick.

With technology the way it is, I wish there was a bike seat that could be programmed for comfort level, so I wouldn’t have to worry about a chamois 😉

I’m surprised there isn’t one yet! LOL
